1. Information We Collect

When you use IndiaDatabase.in, we may collect: your name, email address, and WhatsApp number (when submitting the free sample form or making a purchase); Order ID and Payment ID from Razorpay (we never store card or UPI credentials); and page-view analytics via Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your purchased Excel file via email
• To send the free GST leads sample to your WhatsApp number
• To respond to support queries
• To send occasional product updates (unsubscribe any time)
• To improve our website via aggregated analytics

3. Data Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with: Razorpay (payment processing), Meta (WhatsApp Business API for sample delivery), and Google (Analytics and Sheets-based lead logging).

4. The Product We Sell

The GST database we sell contains only publicly available business registration data — GSTIN, business name, state, district, entity type, and filing frequency. It does not include personal mobile numbers, Aadhaar, PAN, or private personal information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your contact information as long as needed to fulfil your order and provide support. Email support@indiadatabase.in to request deletion of your data at any time.
