Product descriptions, record counts, and accuracy rates are provided as estimates based on our last verification cycle.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is required in full before access to any database is granted. We accept payments via Razorpay, PayU, and other available payment gateways. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a database has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact support@indiadatabase.in within 48 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to offer store credits at our discretion for genuine technical failures.

All content on indiadatabase.in, including but not limited to database structures, website design, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of India Database and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
India Database shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
