The underlying factual data (individual GST records) is public domain. You receive a single-entity, non-exclusive licence to use the file for your own business purposes.
The data is provided on an "as is" basis. While we maintain a 97%+ accuracy guarantee (see Refund Policy), we do not warrant that all records are 100% current or complete. GST registration statuses can change at any time. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on this data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the product shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
