Our Accuracy Guarantee

We guarantee that at least 95% of the records in your downloaded file will be valid, active GST registrations at the time of purchase. If your file falls short of this threshold, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

When We Issue Refunds

  • The downloaded file contains fewer than 95% active GSTIN records as described for your tier
  • You did not receive the download link within 30 minutes of payment confirmation
  • The file was corrupted or unreadable and we could not deliver a working replacement
  • Duplicate payment was charged (technical error)

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

  • You have already downloaded the file and simply changed your mind
  • You purchased the wrong tier by mistake (we can offer a credit or exchange)
  • The data does not contain phone numbers or personal contact details (stated clearly in the product description)
  • Refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@indiadatabase.in within 7 days of purchase, or use our Contact form
  2. Include your Order ID (from your confirmation email) and a brief description of the issue
  3. For accuracy disputes, attach a screenshot or count of invalid records in the file
  4. We will respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days via the original payment method
